Certified Technicians
Under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires that any person who services, repairs, or disposes of equipment that could release refrigerants into the atmosphere must hold a valid EPA 608 certification. Federal law makes it illegal for unlicensed individuals to perform work involving the handling or release of refrigerants!

What is the service call fee?We charge a $75 service call fee for residential visits and a $145 call service fee for commercial visits. The service call fee covers the diagnostics and travel required for us to bring a fully equipped technician to your home.

Will the service call fee be waived if I decide to repair?Yes! The service fee applies to the total cost of repair. Meaning, when the diagnostic is complete and the issue is known, our technician will give you a quote for the repair. If you decide to continue with repair, we gladly waive the service fee and you will only pay for the repair.
