Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 3 (three) business hours’ notice from the start of your appointment. For example, if your appointment is scheduled between 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, you must notify us before 9:00 am on the same day. If you call after business hours, please do not leave a voicemail.
 

A service call can only be cancelled by speaking with a live agent of Baku Appliance Repair and Maintenance LLC, who will provide you with a cancelation code over the phone. Failure to comply with our cancelation policy will result in a reduced service call fee. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
