Warranty Coverage

Our 180-day warranty covers:

  • Repair Work: If the same issue recurs within 180 days of the original repair, we will reservice the appliance at no additional charge.

  • Maintenance Services: If a problem arises directly due to the maintenance service within 180 days, we will address it without charge.

  • Installation Services: If the appliance is not functioning correctly due to installation errors within 180 days, we will correct the installation at no extra cost.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following conditions are not covered under our 180-day warranty:

  • Customer Negligence: Damage resulting from improper use or neglect by the customer,

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Issues not related to our services or arising from existing problems with the appliance,

  • External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, natural disasters, or accidents,

  • Parts Not Provided by Us: Warranty does not cover parts supplied by the customer or third parties,

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear of the appliance or its components.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To claim a warranty service, please follow these steps:
