  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service appointment by giving at least 3 (three) business hours’ notice from the start of your appointment, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable service fees.

  • Unfulfilled Service: If we are unable to perform the agreed-upon service due to factors beyond our control, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided and have given us an opportunity to address the issue (within the 90-day warranty period), a partial or full refund may be issued based on the resolution of the matter.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Service Already Performed: Refunds are not available for services that have been completed and for which the work has been performed as agreed.

  • Service Disputes: If the service issue is not covered by our warranty or is due to factors not related to the service performed by us, a refund will not be issued.

  • Third-Party Parts: If parts supplied by you or a third party are involved and cause the issue, refunds will not be issued.
